Frequently asked questions
Can I self-host Rabtly for free?
Yes. The Rabtly control plane is open source and free to self-host on your own infrastructure. These plans apply to Rabtly Cloud — the managed service we operate.
What happens if I reach my node or member limit?
New node registrations will be rejected with a clear error until you upgrade your plan or remove existing nodes. Your existing nodes and connections are never interrupted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your workspace is adjusted to the new plan limits.
Is billing monthly or annual?
All plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is not available yet — we will announce it when it is.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. If you have an issue, email hello@rabtly.cloud and we will work it out.
